Pay & Schedule
Day Shift: $18.00/hour | Night Shift: $19.00/hour 12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Rotating 2-2-3 schedule - enjoy every other weekend off and work just 15 days per month! In this role, you'll set up and operate extrusion machinery to produce high-quality packaging materials. You'll monitor machine settings via Human Machine Interface (HMI), adjust production parameters, manage raw materials, perform quality checks, and follow all safety and operational protocols. You'll also help with changeovers, purging extruders, and maintaining a clean work environment.
What You'll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent Machine operating experience (preferred) Ability to read a ruler to 1/8" Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills Ability to lift 40 lbs and perform physically active tasks Willingness to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment
