How You'll Contribute: Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering superior guest service Accurately and quickly operate the cash register to sell merchandise (No cash venue) Demonstrate ability to interact with large masses of customers in a fast-paced environment Maintain an awareness of all apparel/merchandise options Keep store fully stocked by pulling back stock of merchandise Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to stand for long periods during hockey games Player Stats and Qualifications:
Retail experience preferred with excellent customer service skills Must have a minimum of a high school diploma Maintain displays, neatness of store and proper signage Must be 18 years of age or older Must be friendly and personable with excellent customer service skills Must be a team player and work well with others Must be able to stand for long periods during hockey games Must be able to lift boxes of merchandise and move racks around store
The Team:
The Rockford IceHogs, founded in 1999 and members of the American Hockey League (AHL), is a premier organization and primary development affiliate of the Chicago Blackhawks. Located in Rockford, IL, the Team calls the newly renovated BMO Center its home.
As the longest running professional sports team in Rockford, the organization has developed a passionate local fan base and has set multiple attendance records over the years, while establishing a strong a community presence.
The Rockford IceHogs' goal is to continue providing exceptional fan experiences, elevating fan attendance, making a substantial impact in the community and continuing their commitment to developing exceptional talent.
