Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls
Book and conduct virtual consultations
Educate members on available benefits and coverage options
Assist with enrollment, documentation, and service follow-ups
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all interactions
Engage in continuous development and team collaboration

Basic Requirements Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary is a plus)
Must be able to pass a background screening
Previous experience in customer service or retail is helpful but not required
