Previous IT Service Desk experience including: Experience investigating and supporting end user technology including hardware, printers, phones, and software Active Directory experience including password reset and basic user and security administration Experience with laptop reimaging Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including MS Outlook Excellent communication and strong customer service skills Qualifications
