We are seeking a Nurse Manager to join our passionate team of patient caregivers.

Qualifications
Required Skills:
Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment
Current CPR certification
Two years of relevant experience
Three years experience in hospital nurse supervision or management (preferred)
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
Knowledge of nursing theory, infection control, and wound care standards
Understanding of accreditation standards (TJC, CMS)
Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures
Understanding of treatment costs and financial aspects related to quality and efficiency
Basic computer skills: data entry, word processing, email, record management
Critical thinking, leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally with others
Responsibilities
Oversee staffing and administration of the assigned unit. Supervise treatment and care quality. Incorporate the hospitals mission and principles into daily practice.
