Position Overview
We are seeking a confident and experienced
Radiologic Technologist Manager
to lead and support our imaging and lab operations at a patient-focused emergency care center in Katy, TX. This role is perfect for a senior technologist ready to take on supervisory responsibilities in a
low-volume, high-quality care setting . You'll manage a small, collaborative team and help maintain smooth workflows across radiology and lab services.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor a team of Radiologic Technologists and lab personnel Oversee daily imaging operations, including CT scans and X-rays Ensure proper use and maintenance of diagnostic lab equipment (Piccolo, CBC, PCR) Create and manage staff schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and accreditation standards Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and administration to ensure quality patient care Assist in patient imaging as needed (this is a hands-on manager role) Provide onboarding and training for new hires Required Qualifications
Extensive experience operating CT and X-ray equipment in an emergency care or hospital setting Experience with blood lab equipment (Piccolo, CBC, PCR) Previous supervisory or lead technologist experience strongly preferred Strong organizational and communication skills High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's in Radiologic Sciences preferred) Valid ARRT certification preferred but not required What You'll Love
