St. Mary Rehabilitation Hospital is a

50-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility

jointly operated by Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic and Lifepoint Rehabilitation. We specialize in helping patients recover from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological disorders, orthopedic trauma, and other complex medical conditions. Our interdisciplinary care model, evidence-based practices, and personalized approach are designed to maximize function and quality of life for every patient. What You'll Do

Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the

Nurse Manager

oversees the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department. This includes: Leading, mentoring, and evaluating clinical staff including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Clinical Supervisors, and Unit Secretaries Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Assisting in developing and implementing departmental goals in alignment with hospital objectives and budget Promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and patient-centered care Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and staff development Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Acting as a role model and reinforcing the hospital's mission, vision, and values in all interactions Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred; ADN or diploma acceptable) Current, unrestricted

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure

in Pennsylvania Current

BLS certification

required;

ACLS preferred Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN)

preferred Minimum of two years' nursing leadership experience

preferred Minimum of two years' rehabilitation or acute care nursing experience

preferred Strong communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills Ability to lead a team in a dynamic healthcare environment Why Join Us?
