Job DescriptionFull-Time Lead CT Technologist - Near Indio, CAConnected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is proud to partner with a highly respected imaging center in Indio, CA to find a skilled and motivated Lead CT Technologist. This full-time leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility and contribute to the delivery of exceptional diagnostic imaging services.Job Description: Lead and manage daily CT department operations in a high-volume imaging center Oversee and train technologists, conduct interviews, assist with hiring, and perform skill evaluations Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and Center Manager on protocol review and development Serve as the staff expert in advanced CT scanning, including cardiac CT (preferred) Coordinate vendor maintenance and repair for all CT imaging equipment Ensure compliance with ACR Accreditation and quality assurance standards Develop and maintain effective staff scheduling and workflow processes Assist in ongoing staff evaluations and foster a positive, collaborative team environment Perform high-level CT procedures with proficiency and accuracy using Siemens equipment (Philips experience a plus)Qualifications: CT Certification (ARRT) - Required BCLS Certification - Required California IV Certification - Required Minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-volume CT environment Proficiency in cardiac CT and advanced imaging techniques preferred Prior experience with ACR Accreditation and protocol development Strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and communication skills Experience with Siemens CT scanners required; Philips experience preferred Proven ability to train and mentor new technologistsTake the next step in your imaging career with a leadership role that offers impact, advancement, and lifestyle.
