Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and client-focused Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our Greenville office. As the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and clients, you will play a vital role in creating a professional, welcoming, and service-oriented front office environment. You’ll also support cross-functional teams in operations, marketing, accounting, and executive administration. Responsibilities Client-Facing & Office Coordination Greet, welcome, and direct clients, guests, and vendors with warmth and professionalism. Answer, screen, and route calls promptly and courteously, ensuring timely follow-up. Maintain clean, polished, and inviting client-facing areas, including the showroom, lobby, and conference rooms. Manage office and breakroom supplies, meeting space inventory, and incoming/outgoing mail. Administrative & Team Support Provide administrative support to management, including meeting coordination, document preparation, and banking deposits. Assist with events, travel arrangements, catering, and internal communications. Support marketing and operations initiatives, such as client surveys, direct mail campaigns, and apparel inventory. Uphold confidentiality and accuracy in all communications and recordkeeping. Facility Coordination Schedule building maintenance and coordinate with service providers. Ensure facilities meet cleanliness and compliance standards, including for inspections. Oversee cleaning schedules and arrange additional services for special events. Qualifications 2+ years’ experience in receptionist, front office, or administrative roles. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). High level of discretion when handling sensitive information. Positive, collaborative attitude and professional appearance. Able to lift up to 25 lbs. High school diploma or GED required. Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check.
