Are you a passionate cook ready to make a difference in a vibrant dining environment? The Mooring of Arlington Heights is on the lookout for a dynamic Cook to join our team!
In this role, you'll prepare high-quality food in line with federal, state, and local standards, as well as our own established policies and procedures. Reporting to the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Director of Dining Service, you'll ensure that every meal meets our high standards of excellence.

Preparing a variety of dishes, including accompaniments and garnishes Adhering to food safety and quality guidelines Working across different dining areas as needed Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of preparation techniques for all dining settings Skills/Qualifications:
High School degree or equivalent preferred Food Handler certified preferred Some cooking experience in a health care setting preferred Ability to speak, read, and write English
