If you want to discover a career with greater purpose, join us as we transform and accelerate research and development.This role provides intermediate technical expertise to develop, maintain, and test Laboratory Data Management systems and data extraction tools to support clinical trial workflows and ensure data accuracy for internal and external clients.What you'll be doing:Test clinical study databases in alignment with programming standards and validation proceduresContribute solutions and insights independently to development and validation project teamsCoordinate testing plans and execute test cases for laboratory data systems and extractionsReview specifications for testability and confirm traceability to defined requirementsSupport IT teams in evaluating and implementing new technologies as neededMaintain reusable libraries of test data sets and ensure integrity throughout test cyclesCollaborate across project teams to organize timelines, responsibilities, and deliverablesUphold compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice standardsWhat We Are Looking For:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Life Science, or related field2-5 years of relevant work experienceFunctional proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, SAS, VGL, SSL, and C/C#Understanding of laboratory data management systems and the clinical drug development processOther Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degreeThe Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.
