Experience Representative to join Indiana’s Fastest Growing Fence Contracting team! The primary role of the Office

Administrator/Customer

Experience Representative is to effectively and efficiently manage day-to-day customer service responsibilities for the company while providing direct support for the GSFC office, field, and leadership team.· Greet visitors and attend to visitors’ inquiries while maintaining a professional image· Act as first point of contact effectively managing: incoming customer phone calls, leads, emails, complaints, or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner.· Support and fulfill requests from field sales team in a timely manner.· Utilize CRM software to keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.· Coordinate and schedule local and national trade show programs.· Update and maintain customer records.· Provide support to leadership team.· Coordinate and maintain calendars for sales staff· Handle sensitive and non-routine information with the utmost confidentiality.· Research, compile, analyze and summarize reports/other information as requested.· Maintain electronic data, files and records.· Maintain front office and reception area for customers and clients for presentation.· Call in all utility locate / 811s to support production schedule.· Complete other various essential tasks as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Minimum 5 years prior experience in a similar role.· Very strong written and oral communication skills with command of proper grammar and punctuation.· Ability to navigate various software/programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customer.· Customer

service/administrative
