Position Title: Associate Director, Government Pricing Preferred Location: Remote US Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support the ED, Contracting and Pricing in all related matters, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Handle data preparation, validation, calculation, and analytics related to government and commercial contracts. Analyze, document, review, and submit all mandated product and pricing obligations for federal and state programs, including Medicaid, PHS, VA, and TRICARE, within mandated timelines. Collaborate with third-party partners responsible for reporting and government pricing. Maintain government pricing methodologies and SOPs reflecting current regulations. Perform trend analytics and benchmarking to support pricing decisions. Prepare analytics for management regarding price changes, negotiations, and legislation impacts. Serve as SME for IRA-related responsibilities. Maintain products, pricing, and contracts within ESPERION software. Review and validate chargebacks daily. Communicate with customers regarding pricing and contracts. Coordinate with sales, accounts receivable, and customer service for customer requests. Support finance activities with miscellaneous duties.

Qualifications (Education & Experience) Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, plus at least 8 years of experience in government price calculation and reporting. Knowledge of accounting systems, controls, and quality management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise accounting systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
