As a Pastry Cook, you'll work closely with our pastry team to prepare a variety of laminated and baked goods, ensuring each item meets our standards for excellence. Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and baking of a wide range of pastries, following the chef's recipes and specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with the pastry team to develop and refine recipes and techniques. Ensure the quality and consistency of all pastry products served. Manage time and ingredients effectively to meet production deadlines. Contribute to the positive team environment with a can-do attitude. Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in a pastry kitchen or baking environment. Basic understanding of baking techniques and pastry production. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and grow within the pastry field. Flexibility to work in various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
