If you’re passionate about human-centered design and want your work to directly shape the future of global supply chain software, this is your opportunity!

As a Senior UI/UX Designer you will:
Lead Discovery Efforts:
Lead engaging interviews and discovery sessions with stakeholders and users, uncovering their needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
Dig deep into industry best practices and competitor solutions to inspire innovation.
Gather continuous feedback on designs to ensure our solutions evolve alongside user needs.
Partner with product managers to define user problems, prioritize UX requirements, and shape the product roadmap with user insights.
Map end-to-end customer journeys and identify friction points to improve overall product usability and adoption.
Use product analytics and behavioral data (e.g., feature usage, drop-off rates) to continuously optimize user flows and prioritize UX improvements.
Deliver Compelling Design:
Design user flows for complex, multi-role systems that handle large datasets or transactional workflow to be simple, intuitive, and visually appealing experiences.
Use design thinking to advocate for the user and champion great UX across the organization.
Drive projects from concept to launch: wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and final designs.
Collaborate closely with product and development teams to ensure seamless execution of your vision and ensure scalable, reusable component-based design system in partnership with engineering.
Conduct and coordinate usability interviews to gather feedback and insights into customer needs.
Validate your solutions with data-driven methods to test and quickly scale (concept testing, A/B testing, analytics, surveys).
Actively participate in planning and designing of new software and updated versions and push creative boundaries, bringing fresh, modern ideas to every interaction.
Collaborate with marketing to design and optimize digital touchpoints such as websites, landing pages, and campaign assets to support demand generation and brand consistency.
Apply user behavior insights (heatmaps, scroll depth, form abandonment) to improve marketing performance through UX.
Develop + Maintain UX Standards and Best Practices:
Stay current with the latest design tools, software patterns, and UX trends.
Provide recommendations to stakeholders proactively to advise when changes and new tools or designs are needed.
Create and maintain style guide for consistent and scalable design excellence for how software should be created.
