About the Role
As a Consumer Operations Senior Associate for DashPass Growth, you will support the strategy, development, and execution of CRM initiatives that drive adoption, engagement, and retention through email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration to craft high-impact campaigns that deliver business results and delight our consumers with a best-in-class subscription experience.
You will report into the Consumer Lifecycle Associate Marketing Manager on our Growth Marketing team within our Marketing organization.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will: Design CRM strategies to acquire and engage DashPass customers. Create customer journey flows with actionable trigger points, using both static and dynamic content to drive conversion and engagement. Partner cross-functionally with the Integrated Marketing function to develop campaign strategy briefs based on business needs and audience behavior, determining the best channel mix, audience targeting, and number of touchpoints per program. Establish a strong working relationship with cross-functional stakeholders in our Creative Studio, Promo Strategy, Operations, and Strategy teams. Manage email reporting dashboards, monitor trends, and make recommendations based on results. Work with Lifecycle and Operations partners to advance personalization efforts and relevance. Track and report on campaign performance, establishing benchmarks and delivering actionable insights that inform future optimization and demonstrate business impact. 4 years of experience in CRM or email marketing. Deep familiarity with CRM technology, including ESPs/marketing automation platforms. An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. A bias for action - comfortable taking ownership of ambiguous problems and leading initiatives from strategy to execution. Extremely organized, dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn. A collaborative, low-ego approach and strong interpersonal skills; you thrive in cross-functional environments. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
