Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed Production Artist to join our growing in-house creative team. In this role, you'll support designers and art directors by translating approved creative concepts into final, polished deliverables across both digital and print formats. You'll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely delivery across a high volume of assets - from social media graphics to email templates to marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with art directors, designers and copywriters to bring marketing initiatives to life across digital, social, email and print Execute high-quality, brand-aligned designs with consistency and precision Push creative boundaries while maintaining visual consistency across campaigns Animate motion graphics using After Effects Use Figma for asset production, including components, auto layout, clean file organization and prepping static emails designs for HTML builds Adapt and version creative assets efficiently to meet tight deadlines Ensure all deliverables follow brand guidelines and are production-ready Package and deliver final files (SharePoint/Figma), collaborating closely with PMs and cross-functional teams Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Production Artist or in a similar creative role within an agency, in-house team, or studio Strong portfolio showcasing diverse, high-quality work across channels Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and After Effects (or similar motion tools) Basic HTML knowledge for email design (editing, templating and builds) Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory and brand systems Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail Strong communicator, problem solver and proactive collaborator Confident, team-oriented and able to work independently Thrives in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment Experience with Workfront or other project management tools a plus
