WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE LTL ECOMMERCE RETURNS

Happy Dad Hard Seltzer & Tea is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role focuses on the efficient creation, shipping, and receiving of Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments and the accurate handling of customer returns. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience, be forklift certified, and be fluent in both English and Spanish. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and process LTL shipments, ensuring accurate labeling, packaging, and documentation

Schedule pickups with freight carriers and ensure timely shipment dispatch

Load and unload LTL trucks using forklifts and other warehouse equipment, verifying shipment accuracy against packing lists and bills of lading

Maintain accurate records of all LTL shipments

Receive and inspect returned products, verifying condition and completeness

Process returns according to company procedures

Communicate with customers or internal departments regarding the status of returns

Maintain a clean and organized returns processing area

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently

Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Accurately document information in both English and Spanish

Requirements:

2+ years of warehouse experience

Valid forklift certification required

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Proficient in LTL shipping procedures and documentation

Familiar with best practices in returns processing

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Strong organizational, time management and teamwork skills

Basic computer proficiency

Reliable transportation
