Maintenance Associate
to join our team!
Full-time and part-time shifts needed.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Associate: Perform general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs. Receive service requests and response in a timely manner. Perform painting and refurbishing projects, as directed by supervisor. Perform routine preventive maintenance, as directed by supervisor. Perform minor building and equipment repairs. Complete all work in the order of priority set by supervisor. Assist, during winter, with snow removal efforts as necessary. Maintain cleanliness of fountains, pumping and filtration system, where appropriate. Perform maintenance on irrigation system (valves, timers and nozzles). Perform routine maintenance on all vehicles when assigned.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: The ability to speak, read and comprehend the English language Good communication skills (oral and written) Good inter-department communication and teamwork skills Capable of administering employee incentive, retention and training programs Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
