Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a

Director of Technical CRM & Business Platforms

to serve as the architect for our Salesforce ecosystem. We're looking for a systems leader who thinks like a product manager and acts like a Salesforce architect - someone who understands business objectives and turns them into scalable CRM and platform solutions. This role sits at the intersection of

product strategy, business operations, and engineering execution , acting as the strategic driver behind how our Salesforce infrastructure scales with our rapidly growing betting & gaming business.

In this highly cross-functional position, you'll partner closely with

product management, engineering, design, sales, marketing, analytics, and operations

teams to translate business goals into scalable, high-impact solutions within Salesforce. You'll be responsible for ensuring that the right technical and functional requirements are captured, prioritized, and executed effectively-enabling a seamless, data-driven experience for both internal teams and our customers. What You'll Do:

Define and lead the

strategic roadmap

for Salesforce across FBG, aligning platform capabilities with high-level business objectives across customer engagement, loyalty, and operations. Act as a

thought partner to product and business leaders , helping scope complex problems into executable workstreams, and ensuring Salesforce plays a central role in enabling outcomes. Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Salesforce programs, including a VIP customer strategy, loyalty platform implementation, and long-term unification of CRM systems across Fanatics operating companies. Collaborate with

product, engineering, and design

teams to ensure technical requirements are clear, well-documented, and mapped to business use cases-ensuring rapid, high-quality delivery. Evaluate and implement Salesforce-native and third-party integrations to streamline workflows, automate business processes, and enable personalized customer experiences. Define standards for

data integrity, security, and reporting access , while also improving access to actionable insights through CRM analytics and reporting. Proactively assess platform performance and champion innovation across platform performance, using emerging technologies to propose optimizations and future-state innovations. What You Bring:

8+ years of experience in a

Salesforce architecture, technical product management, or strategic operations role

with enterprise-scale CRM deployments. Proven ability to operate at the

intersection of strategy and execution -translating business needs into technical solutions that scale. Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including

Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components , and external API integrations. Strong cross-functional leadership experience with the ability to influence stakeholders across

product, engineering, marketing, design, and analytics . Demonstrated success leading complex initiatives such as

CRM unification, loyalty program launches, or large-scale system migrations . High comfort with ambiguity, a bias toward action, and the ability to prioritize and drive impact in a fast-paced environment. Passion for the sports, gaming, or entertainment industry is a plus.

Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $190,000 to $240,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
