We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cooks to join our culinary team. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences.

Cook Responsibilities:
Execute and prepare dishes according to established recipes, presentation standards, and specific chef instructions, consistently delivering high-quality and visually appealing plates Expertly handle and cook a variety of ingredients, including vegetables, proteins, sauces, and garnishes, ensuring the flavors and textures are harmoniously balanced Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including proper handling and storage of ingredients, equipment, and tools Collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate and time food preparation for smooth service during busy periods, ensuring orders are executed accurately and efficiently Adhere to portion control guidelines to minimize waste and control food costs while maintaining consistent plate presentations Monitor and maintain the quality and freshness of ingredients, promptly addressing any concerns or issues to ensure the highest standards are met Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling and storage of perishable items, temperature control, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and culinary developments, constantly seeking opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills Follow standard operating procedures and kitchen guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation.
