POSITION: Host/Busser
DEPARTMENT: Banquets
REPORTS TO: Banquet Manager

Summary
Legends ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for the Host and Busser Positions for ASM-Premier Food Services, Inc. for the 2025 Summer Fair & Live Meet Horse Racing season. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Work in a fast paced, high-energy environment.
Greet customers upon arrival
Manage phone services — take reservations and takeout orders as well as answering customer questions about the restaurant and services
Monitor servers and the tables they are responsible for
Assist servers with clean-up and table preparation during rush hours
Seat customers and/or provide them with an estimated waiting time
Escort customers to tables and provide them with menus and information about daily specials
Process payments made with cash or by card
Itemize receipt of purchases
Perform other restaurant duties as assigned.
Maintain exterior and interior of restaurant (sweeping, organizing menus, etc.)

This position’s compensation is $17.45, not including tips.
