Product Marketing & Design Coordinator
to support the development of product-focused content and marketing materials across digital platforms. Reporting to the Content Marketing Manager, this role blends product marketing support with hands-on design responsibilities. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for visual storytelling, strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating content that enhances product visibility and customer engagement,
Key Responsibilities
Design and edit product imagery, graphics, packaging and marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Assist in the creation of visual content for eCommerce, customer presentations and print materials. Support video production and editing for product demos, promotional clips, and training content as needed. Assist in writing and formatting product descriptions, feature callouts, and technical content across platforms. Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to align brand messaging, visuals, and content structure across Halco's product lines. Help manage and organize the digital asset library-ensuring proper naming, tagging, and storage of product photos, packaging files, and application images. Assist with item setup and content enrichment on eCommerce platforms and customer portals. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or design-focused role (B2B or product-based industries a plus). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite-especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Premiere Pro or After Effects a plus). Working knowledge of Office 365 products and collaboration tools. Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and digital asset management practices. Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously. Interest in lighting, commercial products, or B2B marketing is preferred but not required.
