This position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide essential patient care in a behavioral health setting. •Key Responsibilities LVNs in home health assist with basic medical tasks like monitoring vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, heart rate), administering medications, and providing wound care under the guidance of an RN or doctor. They help patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility, ensuring that patients maintain their independence as much as possible while receiving the care they need. They collaborate with RNs, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and effective care plan for the patient, providing continuity of care in the home setting. Qualifications Required: Active and unrestricted CA LVN License. Minimum of 2 years of LVN experience (Home Health experience preferred). Current BLS certification. Why Join Us?
