LOCATION: Dublin, Georgia The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia’s Children & Adolescents (C&A) Program is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to ensure that children, adolescents, and families have reliable access to essential healthcare and therapeutic services. In this vital role, you will coordinate transportation scheduling, oversee vehicle compliance and maintenance, train drivers, and manage fleet operations for our C&A programs. Your work will directly support the well-being of our community by removing transportation barriers and ensuring services are delivered safely and on time. This position is based in Dublin, Georgia, and reports directly to the Manager, Data
Analyst/Coordination. Responsibilities of the Transportation Coordinator: • Accepts direction and feedback from supervisor and C&A Program Director and follows through appropriately. Discuss any problems, barriers, or concerns as they arise. • Set up transportation promptly for families in need of transportation services to doctor/therapy appointments. Will monitor the LOC TEAMS- Transportation Coordination Channel and will respond to those ordering transportation by the end of the business day. • Enroll and enter all standing orders for new peers who are enrolled into The SOAR Clubhouse and TheDen Program to ensure transportation billing acceptance is in place on or before the individual's first scheduled day of services. • Teach new hire and re-certification Driver’s Training classes. • Gather/enter all drivers and van compliance into Modivcare and post update status on the LOC TEAMS, Transportation Coordination Channel. • Maintain all required van maintenance and perform inspections to keep in compliance with CARF and Modivcare compliance • Attend any training(s) required to stay in compliance with Modivcare regulations. • Will oversee the Fleet Check In/Out Process for all C&A programs. • Will assist with other coordination functions within the team as needed and assigned by supervisor or program director. • All other duties as assigned
Here are some of the things we require: High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Valid Georgia Driver’s License Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse communities Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others Experience with Microsoft 365 Office Products Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines accordingly
