The Opportunity PRIME Education, a property of EHG, seeks an Associate Director to independently develop educational grants, content, and foster relationships with healthcare experts. The role involves literature reviews, grant proposals, scientific content creation, and publication efforts. The ideal candidate is experienced in designing continuing education activities, research, and medical writing, and can work autonomously in a remote setting. The Associate Director reports to the Therapeutic Group Director, Scientific Affairs, and collaborates across departments to ensure the quality and impact of educational programs. Key Responsibilities Develop high-quality scientific content adhering to adult learning principles Contribute to grant planning, educational design, and strategic initiatives Build relationships with healthcare leaders for needs assessment and collaboration Measure outcomes of educational programs and communicate findings Publish scientific articles, abstracts, and presentations Ensure smooth workflow and effective communication within the team Review content produced by others and provide guidance Participate in departmental meetings and decision-making Job Qualifications Masters degree required; PhD or PharmD preferred Minimum 4 years in designing CME/CE activities, preferably supported by pharma or grants Experience in project management and team supervision preferred Strong independent research, writing, and analytical skills Knowledge of healthcare industry, disease areas, and educational content development Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reference management tools About PRIME Education PRIME is a leader in research and medical education, committed to improving healthcare outcomes through innovative learning strategies.
