Misselwood at Endicott College is a breathtaking oceanfront estate with historic charm, offering panoramic views and serving as the premier location for world-class events in Beverly, MA. We are seeking a vibrant and dynamic individual to join our Operations Team. Reporting to the Director of Events Operations, this role will support the efforts of the Operations Team, upholding Misselwood's reputation for superior hospitality and seamless event execution.

60% Logistics Coordination

Serve as the contact point for coordinating and implementing all details for Endicott-hosted programs and Misselwood events series. Serve as the first point of contact for wedding files before formal distribution to Event Operations Managers Assist the Event Operations Managers with coordination tasks as needed 40% On-Site Operations

Assist the Operation Management team with ensuring the Misselwood House is set to welcome guests and day-to-day operations Assisting with the setup of venues, ensuring all materials (like signage, equipment, and supplies) are in place before and after events Assist Operations Managers as needed on tasks Perform other duties as assigned Core Competencies

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field is required. 2-3 years of experience in event coordination, customer service, or related field is preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy. Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and remain composed under pressure. Proficiency in Google Workspace and adaptability to new platforms. Ability to take initiative, think proactively, and maintain professionalism during stressful situations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Commitment to timely and respectful communication, including responding to emails and voicemails. ServeSafe, Crowd Manager, and AED/CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain). Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours as needed.
