Warehouse Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the efficient operation of our warehouse including inventory management and materials handling. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience with warehouse equipment, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and safely. Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and reach trucks to move products efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, adhering to safety standards at all times. Maintain inventory control by tracking stock levels, conducting regular counts, and updating inventory management systems. Stage incoming materials for projects. Deliver materials to job sites as needed. Collaborate with project supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Ensure the proper handling of materials to prevent damage during storage and transportation. Requirements Proven experience in a warehouse environment is preferred. Must have a valid drivers license. Mechanical knowledge is a plus, with familiarity in operating various warehouse machinery. Knowledge of electrical materials is preferred. Strong skills in inventory control and management practices. Ability to operate a pallet jack and reach truck safely. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
