Customer Support Representative
, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a welcoming and helpful experience. Whether it's answering questions, updating client records, or making clients feel at ease, your role will ensure each person who interacts with us feels supported and confident.

****Answering incoming calls, greeting new clients, and guiding them through next steps
Assisting clients with simple questions and ensuring they feel heard and valued
Updating and maintaining client information in our CRM system (Logic)
Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions for clients
Creating a positive and friendly first impression that sets the tone for their experience with us
We're Looking For:

Bilingual?
Even better!
Fluent in English and Spanish is a must .
Experience in
call centers
or
customer service roles
— bonus if you have experience in a tax, finance or law firm environment (but not required!)
A naturally
