Job Description
Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability Lead and mentor the maintenance team to meet production and safety goals Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing equipment issues to minimize downtime Review KPIs including OEE, to track performance and recommend improvements Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all maintenance activities Work with Senior leadership to develop budgets and weigh on site strategy Manage budgets and resources for maintenance projects and repairs Collaborate with other departments to optimize equipment performance and production Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
A background in engineering or a related field, with a focus on industrial/manufacturing environments Proven leadership skills to guide and motivate a team effectively Background in a plastics manufacturing environment is heavily preferred Strong technical knowledge of machinery, equipment, and maintenance processes Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across departments What's on Offer
Base salary $135,000 - $145,000 depending on level of experience Annual site bonus incentive based on revenue 3 Weeks PTO Comprehensive benefits package including health coverage and 401k with employer match Opportunities for professional development and career growth
