We are seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to join our Front Desk Team in shaping the first impressions of our guests. If you thrive in a dynamic, guest-focused environment and are excited to be part of an opening team, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities: Greeting and assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations in a warm and efficient manner. Secure payments, verify billing details, and process adjustments as needed. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Maintain high-quality service standards to enhance guest satisfaction. Anticipate guest needs and implement creative solutions to exceed expectations. Uphold brand standards and company policies while ensuring a welcoming and well-organized front desk environment. Qualifications:
A positive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for guest satisfaction. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred. Proficiency in using hotel management software is a plus.
