Previous applicants are still under consideration and do not need to reapply.* Central Regional Hospital is currently accepting applications for a Salary Administrator/Recruiter for the Human Resources Department. This position is responsible for salary administration and recruitment support to management by providing innovative approaches in setting salaries that are competitive while ensuring that OSHR/DHHS policies and procedures are followed. The Salary Administrator/Recruiter performs detailed salary review and recommendation for internal and external compensation actions. Position will review and recommend salary actions considering qualifying education and experience, equity, and availability of funds. Position will be assigned job classes for recruitment tasks utilizing Applicant Tracking System (NEOGOV). Position exercises judgment in interpreting the Office of Human Resources class specifications and requirements to determine if selected applicants are qualified. Position interprets policies regarding eligibility for salary adjustments/increases, overtime/compensatory time issues, and various other policy pay issues. This position provides technical advice to management and may conduct training as assigned. In addition, this position is responsible for producing monthly reports and analyzing data via spreadsheets, charts, graphs, etc. This position will enter actions in the Integrated HR-Payroll System (FIORI). Our HR team collaborates with Centralized partners to ensure the alignment with organizational policies and best practices to accomplish the strategic mission of DHHS Human Resources. This position may audit the work of lower-level staff. This position will assist other areas within the department as needed. This position is responsible for conducting part of the monthly hospital orientation class. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position. The normal work schedule is 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, flexibility is required to meet hospital needs. About Central Regional Hospital (CRH ):

Associate s degree, typically in Human Resources or relevant field from an appropriately accredited institution and 2 years of experience required;

or 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources;
