Position Summary:
Scala Osteria is one of the busiest restaurants in lively downtown Napa and has been consistently met with rave reviews. Featuring a seafood-driven Southern Italian menu from Executive Chef Eric Zuniga, along with a thoughtful selection of local and imported wines and a robust craft cocktail program, Scala offers a dynamic, exceptional dining experience. We are currently seeking experienced, professional servers to join our team.
Position Details: Full-time positions available; part-time may be considered Evening, weekend, and some holiday availability required Hourly wage: $16.50/hour plus tips Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S. Employee Benefits:

What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in full-service or fine dining restaurants Strong knowledge of wine and Italian cuisine preferred Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills Attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional hospitality Ability to work well in a team and multi-task under pressure Key Responsibilities:
Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest Guide guests through the menu and offer pairing suggestions Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas Uphold all restaurant standards, health regulations, and company policies Address guest needs and concerns promptly and professionally Participate in ongoing training and pre-shift meetings
