Operations Manager

for a

direct hire

opportunity with a well-established company in the

rubber industry . This role is located in

Mauldin, SC

with

Key Responsibilities

Oversee

daily operations

including production, quality control, maintenance, and process technology. Manage a team of

20+ employees

while fostering a cooperative and productive work environment. Utilize problem-solving, process control, and continuous improvement tools to drive performance. Monitor and report physical inventory, monthly reports, and cycle counts. Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. Support cross-training and skill development among staff. Represent the company professionally with customers when needed. Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures. Key Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership qualities with a

proven track record in team building . Mechanical knowledge and an understanding of industrial operations. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency. Ability to confidently represent the company to clients and stakeholders. Compensation & Schedule

Salary:

$80,000 (DOE) Shift:
