PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the Maintenance Division, ensuring that activities are performed safely and efficiently to meet all departmental and corporate goals, while complying with all relevant policies and regulations. This role will involve significant interaction with schedulers and planners to execute maintenance work and provide input on training, procedure improvements, and overall operational needs. Participation in emergency response planning is also required. PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Supervise craft personnel to guarantee that maintenance tasks are completed safely and effectively in alignment with regulations and operational schedules. Administer coaching, mentoring, and performance management, including disciplinary actions as necessary. Communicate critical department and personnel issues with Maintenance Management and foster collaboration across all organizations. Ensure effective dissemination of company programs and policies to team members, while facilitating feedback from employees. Engage in coordination of work control, scheduling, and engineering meetings to ensure proper assignment and planning of all work activities. Support and oversee all Maintenance processes in order to enhance work practices and identify improvement opportunities. Manage vendor interactions for inspections and repairs, ensuring efficient procurement and utilization of materials and equipment. Participate in the overall management of the Maintenance Department to promote safe and efficient operations while meeting corporate and divisional goals. Fulfill additional job responsibilities as assigned in compliance with company policies. Constellation is currently seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor at Dresden Nuclear Power Station located in Morris, IL. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma/GED with 6 years of related experience. Ability to meet unescorted access requirements and pass necessary medical evaluations related to job duties. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Proficiency with electronic work management systems and Microsoft Office tools. A minimum of 3 years of experience in nuclear power plant operations.
