Summary:
Receive incoming parts and supplies, issue requested parts and supplies from Warehouse, and ship finished products to customers. Maintain accurate inventory records.
Responsibilities:
Unload trucks and verify count of product. Enter data into JD Edwards system and make Material Traveler and labels for product. Label product and present Material Traveler to QA. Receive into Warehouse and place into designated areas all molded and purchased parts that have been accepted by QA. Enter data into the JD Edwards system. Pull parts from the Warehouse per Work Orders and stamp each parts tag with the lot number of the product the part is being used to produce. Prepare a Pull Sheet for each Work Order and present it to QA. Enter data into the JD Edwards system. Prepare finished products for shipment. Load products onto appropriate trucks per Packing List. Enter data into the JD Edwards system. Maintain accurate Warehouse inventory in the JD Edwards system. Maintain dock and Warehouse cleanliness. Assist with physical inventory. Adhere to all Atrion policies including safety, attendance, and personal hygiene requirements per the Atrion Employee Handbook. Physical Demands:
Up to 1/3 of time on job is spent standing, walking, sitting, talking, hearing, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching, and reaching with hands and arms. Up to 1/3 of time is spent lifting up to 50 lbs.

Good communication skills, verbal and written. Math skills including the ability to apply common concepts such as fractions, percentages, etc. Knowledge of ERP software is preferred JD Edwards is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Education:
High School Diploma. Experience working in a manufacturing environment
