Description
Legacy Parking is a rapidly growing Parking Management Company in search of a hardworking, outgoing and motivated Attendant to join our team in the Charlotte, NC area! This location will be at Metropolitan in Midtown Charlotte.
Hours of Operation we are looking for are:
Monday - Thursday 3pm - 7pm or
Friday - Sunday 10am - 7pm
Primary Responsibilities:
Direct and manage vehicle traffic at garage entrances, exits, and key congestion points
Provide guidance to drivers to help locate available parking spaces
Monitor garage capacity and communicate updates to the team
Support pedestrian safety by helping to maintain clear walkways and crosswalks
Deliver excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
Communicate with team members and supervisors to report issues or needs in real time
Requirements:
Must be able to stand, walk, and be outdoors for the duration of the shift
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-traffic or fast-paced situations.
Excellent verbal communication and people skills
Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
Previous experience in parking and traffic control isstrongly encouraged
