Full Time Shift Available:

2nd Compensation:

$34.01/hr during the first 90 days, then $37.01/hr after that period A Typical Work Day May Include: Performing preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance throughout the facility.

Documenting completed work and conditions found, utilizing maintenance software as needed.

Installing, maintaining, testing, and repairing components and systems such as heavy mobile equipment, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.

Using standard maintenance tools including power tools, hand tools, and pneumatic tools.

Reading mechanical/electrical schematics, blueprints, and operation manuals.

Operating forklifts safely and efficiently.

Following all safety policies and procedures diligently.

Maintaining a safe and clean work environment at all times.

Repairing equipment in close proximity to explosives.

Completing other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need: Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

A minimum age of 18 years.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Basic math skills for calculations.

Physical ability to perform tasks including bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Capability to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions, including potentially hazardous environments.

Willingness to work at elevated heights (4 feet and above).

A minimum of one year of experience in industrial electrical systems and mechanical maintenance.

Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and different shifts as needed.

Willingness to work underground in a mining environment.

Must pass a Standardized Ramsay Test to be considered for an interview.

What Will Put You Ahead: Possession of a journeyman certificate, state certificate, or degree in electrical fields with experience in repair and troubleshooting.

Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Certification as a Certified Maintenance Reliability Technician (CMRT) or willingness to acquire certification.

Technical diploma in heavy equipment/industrial maintenance or equivalent experience (3 years).

Certifications in Predictive Maintenance or Precision Maintenance.

High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience.

Experience troubleshooting and maintaining various systems such as hydraulic/pneumatic systems and conveyors.
