Position Summary We're looking for a detail focused and driven Intern for Business Development and Process Optimization, the most successful candidate will have a "big picture" mindset, while holding the basic tech skills to join us in managing our U.S. operations. This role combines business development, strategic thinking, initiative, and execution, using digital tools and smart work methodologies. a construction tech company at the forefront of innovation in the building industry

Key Responsibilities:

Developing workflows and processes for engaging with new markets and potential clients Building strategies to identify relevant audiences and determine the best ways to reach them Using digital tools and automation to streamline and prioritize lead generation Supporting day-to-day tasks while actively seeking ways to improve them Working closely with the U.S. operations lead and integrating into our global business activities Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Strong organizational skills, and a fast learner A business-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach Solid skills in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM systems, and AI-based tools Bonus: Interest in real estate, construction, startups, or marketing Basic understanding of structural engineering principles and building components is highly desirable. Excellent critical thinking skills and a strong analytical mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Effective communication and presentation skills.
