What You'll Be Doing Process customer orders via email, fax, EDI, and phone with speed and accuracy Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers regarding order status, shipping dates, pricing, and inventory availability Coordinate with warehouse teams and carriers to track or expedite delayed/missing shipments Investigate and resolve billing issues, service complaints, and product discrepancies Utilize SAP and other systems to manage order entry and reporting functions Compile reports, maintain accurate records, and provide backup support across accounts Maintain top-tier communication etiquette across all channels Perform additional administrative and support duties as needed Perks & Benefits

What You'll Need to Bring

High School Diploma or GED required 2+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry Strong SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) skills Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment Willingness to work overtime or weekends when needed
