Your Role
We are looking for a Digital Sales Specialist to be the heart of growth, retention and customer satisfaction with Technogym Digital Solutions. This position requires excellent consulting skills as the role requires elements of sales, project implementation and delivery, education and customer retention.
This role covers a blend of three key pillars of activity: • Achieve sales and profitability targets for our digital offering: software, hardware and devices • Successfully plan, educate and support the installation and implementation of Technogym cloud solutions in the fitness sector • Provide ongoing best-in-class support to drive usage and retention of Technogym cloud solutions. Educate and support a blend of on-site training and events to maximize engagement and a sense of community, and remote delivery via webinar tools all with a view to maximizing productivity
This position works out of our Jersey City offices and reports directly to the Digital Sales & Customer Success Manager.
Your Impact
Ensure the achievement of sales targets by operating with a commercial approach, consistently with that of other Sales Accounts. Support Field Sales in pre-sales activities, providing product training to the sales force on the subject of our Wellness Network products and services Define a list of prospects and customers to proactively visit and sell software solutions to regardless of whether there is an equipment opportunity Take care of customer education and activation in terms of e-learning, live education and tutoring, to guarantee the highest usage of MyWellness platform and to maximize active users Build best practices based on successful real customer case histories to demonstrate the value of our digital solutions on the market Provide reliable and structured Forecast and Pipeline Management Promote and plan initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction About You
What you should bring:
Experience in Project Management - methodologies and tools Excellent written and verbal communication techniques and presentation skills Knowledge of CRM management Knowledge of consultation-based selling techniques Long-term customer relationship management skills Knowledge of sales operations (field sales and inside sales): scheduling, sales activities planning, pipeline management Knowledge of customer experience: analysis and deployment of processes and projects Ability to work on site 5x/week Ability to travel overnight when needed What We Offer:
