Service Technician Dispatcher Trademark Hoist and Cranes
Job Summary
Trademark Hoist and Cranes is seeking a highly organized
Service Technician Dispatcher
to coordinate and schedule service technicians for customer appointments. Prior knowledge of crane or hoisting operations is not required, but strong
organizational, communication, and administrative skills
are essential. The ideal candidate will manage the
scheduling calendar, dispatch technicians efficiently, and handle office tasks , including QuickBooks data entry.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and dispatch
service technicians
based on availability and priority.
Maintain an
organized calendar
of service appointments and events.
Communicate with
customers
to confirm appointments and provide updates.
Enter
job details, invoices, and financial data
into QuickBooks.
Answer
phone calls and emails
regarding service requests and scheduling.
Coordinate with the team to ensure
timely service completion .
Keep
accurate records
of dispatched jobs and technician statuses.
Qualifications
Previous
dispatching, scheduling, or administrative
experience .
Strong
typing skills
and proficiency in
QuickBooks .
Excellent
organizational
and
multitasking
abilities.
Strong
verbal and written communication
skills.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
Work Environment
Office-based
role with a structured
Monday–Friday
schedule.
Collaborative team
environment with
growth opportunities .
