POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide hands-on full-motion video analysis training that produces intelligence on a broad-range of issues to support national security objectives and senior policy makers.
**Provide real-time motion video exploitation and instruction as well as periodic and on-the-spot evaluations of analysts.
As a Mid-Level FMV Analyst Trainer supporting the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA), you will provide comprehensive training and evaluations for intelligence professionals engaged in FMV exploitation. Your work ensures analysts are fully qualified, mission-ready, and equipped with the tools and tradecraft needed to deliver timely and actionable intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver hands-on instruction in full-motion video analysis to support U.S. national security objectives and senior policymakers. Conduct real-time FMV exploitation and use it as a training tool during instruction, evaluations, and scenario-based mentoring. Provide comprehensive FMV training, including initial qualification, mission qualification, mentorship/evaluator certification, and system/software training. Produce and maintain all qualification and mission-specific instructional material, including training briefs, evaluations, documentation, and reports in both digital and hardcopy formats. Instruct analysts on first-phase FMV analysis, mission workflows, and software applications used in FMV exploitation. Track and report training status, qualifications, and evaluation metrics for all MCIA Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) Branch personnel. Support training and tradecraft development through participation in cross-functional working groups and documentation efforts. Conduct periodic and ad hoc assessments of analyst performance and readiness, offering feedback and guidance for continuous improvement. Remain current on FMV exploitation standards, tools, and instructional methodologies, applying this knowledge to improve training delivery and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Active TS or TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree in intelligence studies, geospatial sciences, or related technical field; or equivalent experience (an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree) Minimum 8 years of FMV or related intelligence analysis experience, with at least a portion within the last 2 years Demonstrated ability to provide formal instruction and real-time mentorship on FMV exploitation Strong knowledge of FMV tradecraft, evaluation standards, and analytic methodologies Proficiency using FMV exploitation software and training systems Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and deliver constructive performance feedback Familiarity with DoD and MCIA training and evaluation frameworks Nice to Haves:
Experience managing training programs or leading analyst development initiatives within MCIA or another Service Intelligence Center Knowledge of qualification tracking systems and training metrics reporting Exposure to structured analytic techniques and real-time ISR exploitation environments Instructional design or certification in adult learning or training methodology

TS clearance is required.
