Overview
The function of the Facilities Management (FM) Customer Site Senior Representative is to serve as the full time, on-site representative of Sharp Business Systems at a specific client location. The position may also serve as a role model for more junior FM site representatives
Responsibilities
Running print and copy jobs for users
Keeping track of resources used per job - ordering supplies needed to complete project via Office Services.
Ordering supplies to replenish ones used from Office Supplies/notify supplies used
Maintaining supplies for re-occurring projects
Keeping proper inventory of all supplies necessary for equipment use
Facilitating print-shop requests (i.e. binding, laminating)
Packaging and delivery of completed jobs to customers
Checking equipment daily
Checking and changing toners on all printers on the maintenance contract
Ordering toners for faxes and changing as needed.
Loading paper, checking toner, cleaning machines (if dirty)
Filling out logs for all Sharp machines in service at location
Reporting any service related issues to Service Department
Ordering supplies of Sharp and HP printers
Reporting network connectivity issues to IT Department
Customer Service
Completing weekly report and submitting to Office Services supervisor for all completed projects
Supporting client mailroom as needed
Placing service calls when necessary
Fielding problem calls from users
Maintaining availability to assist users with any printing issues
May provide initial baseline training to new customers and additional user training as required
Qualifications
2+ years previous experience in a Faclities Management role
2+ years experience working with MFPs and postage machines
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
2+ years proven ability to work independently, remotely and with minimal supervision
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to prioritize projects and maintain flexibility to shift priorities as necessary
Must possess basic mathematical skills especially arithmetic
Ability to walk, stoop, bend, and lift 50 pounds
Position may call for travel between multiple facilities within the scope of a branch's territory

Compensation for this position
The compensation range for this role is $$38,000 - $58,000. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
