Job Description:
The Client Onboarding/Transitions/Conversions Specialist (IC1) plays a key role in supporting operational and data analysis activities related to client onboarding, transitions, and account conversions. Working under significant direction, this individual ensures accurate and timely setup and maintenance of client accounts while adhering to AML and KYC regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct onboarding and account setup activities, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with AML/KYC requirements. Review and complete Account Opening Checklists, ensuring accuracy and readiness for account activation. nalyze, reconcile, and review incoming/outgoing data to ensure proper translation to internal platforms. Perform pre-transition/conversion testing and quality reviews of client data. Close accounts after verifying the absence of pending transactions or remaining balances. Escalate issues or findings to senior team members or transition consultants as needed. Monitor and manage components of client transitions/conversions, including data requirements, regulatory/compliance impact, and coordination with third parties. ssist in developing transition/conversion plans, timelines, and resource requirements. Collaborate across departments to complete tasks and documentation on schedule. Communicate project progress, flag potential delays, and escalate issues proactively. Support less complex client relationships and project phases, ensuring a smooth and client-centric experience. Partner closely with Transition Consulting, Relationship Management, and Account Management teams to align with client priorities and ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced/graduate degree preferred. Some experience in client-facing roles or project management is preferred. Familiarity with AML/KYC procedures and regulatory compliance. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. pplicable local/regional licenses or certifications, as required by the business.
