Job Description
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Associate Designer to support our Design team across all private label business or licensed. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a keen eye for color and print, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities: Create detailed technical sketches and CADs using Adobe Illustrator Prepare comprehensive tech packs for production Uploading information to factories using our PLM system Participate in fittings and track sample corrections Support the team in maintaining organized and up-to-date design files and documentation Work with cross-functional teams and manage clerical tasks related to design and development Work with color and print selection with a strong understanding of trend relevance Apply knowledge of garment construction to ensure accurate design execution Assist in trend research and mood boards Qualifications
2-4 years of experience as an Associate Designer, preferably in children's apparel. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Excel Knowledge of Photoshop Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet quick deadlines Solid understanding of garment construction Strong communication and team collaboration skills
