Soave Mechanical is seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for performing routine clerical, secretarial, and administrative duties, including answering telephones, greeting visitors, providing customer assistance, data processing, and recordkeeping.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains office forms and procedures; assists with administrative tasks. Complete filing on a daily basis and with accuracy. Welcomes visitors and answers questions, in person and by telephone; responds to inquiries from employees, and inform employees of visitors' arrivals and cancellations. Operates office equipment as necessary to include copier, computer/keyboard, telephone and fax. Prepares outgoing mail; sorts and distributes incoming mail. Create and maintain both electronic and hardcopy filing systems for the Mechanical Department. Composes, types and edits correspondence, reports, memoranda and other material. Assist with dispatcher and warehouse duties. Receives materials and inventory. Maintains office supply inventory. Completes additional tasks assigned by HVAC Service Manager. Apply Now!
