Role Description:
The Digital Workplace Analyst is responsible for administering and maintaining member-facing, corporate-owned technologies with an emphasis on the Microsoft 365 suite. These technologies focus on member productivity and collaboration. This role is also responsible for training and providing 2nd level support for all applications in the Microsoft 365 product suite.
Responsibilities: Maintain and Provide Level 2 Support for Microsoft 365 Applications
Microsoft SharePoint / Team Sites
Manage and oversee security standards, site collection hierarchies, data storage and migrations, and implement web parts. Provide support and technical assistance with third party products and external site sharing controls.
Microsoft Exchange / Spam filtering Services
Provide support and technical assistance with company's mail solution / user mailboxes. Troubleshoot and resolve any quarantined, blocked, malicious, or other messages that may be disrupting the business.
Other Microsoft 365 Suite Applications
2nd Level Support for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, Etc. Provide hands-on support and guidance to users, ensuring they can leverage the full capabilities of the Microsoft 365 suite to enhance their productivity and achieve project goals
Build and maintain relationships with key business contacts Work with Help Desk and Local Infrastructure teams to resolve cross-functional problems Lead and manage projects Serve as backup for other Digital Workplace team members Assist with research and implementation of new solutions Skills to Perform This Role:

Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite Strong understanding of security roles and groups and their application. Good comprehension of email routing and delivery processes General knowledge of information technology Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in both individual and group situations. Communication Skills:
Ability to translate technical knowledge into training materials for non-IT people. Ability to manage tickets and deliver training across a range of skill levels, groups sizes, and mediums. Strong written and verbal skills The ideal candidate will be located near Jasper, IN and work primarily from of our headquarters.
Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent Some college preferred Basic Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 applications administration and end-user support Must have SharePoint experience in site administration including maintaining security permissions Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote Preferred Qualifications
Background in IT training or technical engagement (email newsletters, lunch and learns, 1 on 1 training) is highly desirable Microsoft Office Specialist or CompTIA certification is a major plus Experience with spam filters, email delivery/routing troubleshooting, and basic Exchange knowledge is a plus Experience with any of these products is a plus: ProofPoint, ShareGate, Valimail, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Power Apps, PowerShell
