Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? Join us as an In-Home Senior Caregiver at Home Instead, where we provide non-medical home care services to the elderly. No prior experience is necessary; we welcome individuals from all backgrounds, and our CAREGiver Training Centers will ensure you have the skills to succeed.
As a caregiver, you will have the opportunity to work in the following communities: Atlanta, Brookhaven, Midtown, Buckhead, Chamblee, Decatur, Doraville, Druid Hills, Dunwoody, Lithonia, Pine Lake, Sandy Springs, Scottsdale, Stone Mountain, Tucker, East Point, and West Midtown.
Hourly Wage:
Starting at $15/hr, with higher pay available for specialized care needs such as Alzheimer's or Dementia. Flexible Schedule:
We have full-time and part-time positions available! Shifts are typically 4, 8, or 12 hours long, and we can accommodate both morning and evening preferences. Our minimum requirement is 16 hours/week. Additionally, opportunities for Live-In caregiving can offer earnings up to $43,000 annually. Your Role Will Include: Providing companionship and meaningful conversation Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation Offering transportation to appointments and errands Medication reminders and assistance Supporting grooming, bathing, and personal care needs Addressing toileting and incontinence care Specialized Alzheimer's care (training provided) What We’re Looking For: A compassionate individual who values treating seniors with dignity and respect Excellent listening and communication skills Background check, DMV check, and drug screening requirements A valid driver's license, social security card, and auto insurance CPR certification and current TB test Why Work With Home Instead?
