: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM •

Base Salary

: $40,000/year • Total Earning Potential: Up to $55,000/year with monthly bonuses

Responsibilities: • Manage wrap projects from intake through installation, ensuring seamless execution • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, keeping them informed and satisfied • Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to keep timelines on track • Review orders from the sales team for accuracy and clarity • Schedule and track projects using production management tools • Update customer information and communication through our CRM system • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and take payments • Monitor daily work in progress and proactively resolve issues Qualifications:

Required:

• Basic computer and software skills • Strong communication and organizational abilities • Customer service experience or aptitude • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through • Team player with a proactive mindset

Preferred:

• Background in account management, logistics, or customer service • Experience with wrap industry workflows or production processes • Familiarity with CRM and project management software Compensation: $40k - $55k yearly
